Not that ED
(I’m not looking for advice on eating disorder recovery btw, just wanting to share my progress)
I’m nearly at the end of my first week of binge eating disorder recovery and I feel so much better
I used to have 6/8 takeaways a week now this week I’ve only had 1 and the rest of the week I’ve cooked. I’m having one tonight but that was pre-planned so I know what to expect.
I have no doubt it will at times get harder but onwards and upwards 🙂↔️ |

well done
keep it up and keep pushing forward with what your doing
personally id keep the 1 takeaway a week and use it as a day of rest where your not cooking.
one other thing what do you intend to spend your savings on instead of the takeaways. |

At the moment it’s going towards debt / saving for a car hopefully in the future it can be something more fun ! |
