Hey. I dont actually drink alcohol but still like a night out (usually designated driver lol). Bored of the normal orange or lemonade. Any exciting non alcoholic drinks I can order at bar? |

Hello All,
I've just read a book called 'The art of positive drinking' which outlines the way you can enjoy a drink and not get a hangover. It outlines what to drink but more importantly what to avoid. (Colas being one of them by the way)
There is also a section on non alcoholic drinks if you want to abstain.

Whilst I presume the posting was tongue in cheek, alcohol doesn't solve a lot of things.
I don't drink alcohol, I'm teetotal! Some people don't drink alcohol because they don't wish to!
To me, all alcohol tastes foul, it's just something I have never been able to get used to.
For the OP, I've worked in the Licensing Trade in the past; for designated drivers, we'd make up a glass of Ginger Ale, topped up with Soda Water and a dash of Lime and Blackcurrant, with plenty of Ice. |

there's quite a good one I have found its called this water lime and lemons in spring water, however my mate at work showed me an add for an energy drink called pussy and it said the drink is pure its just your mind that isn't lmao |

My friend doesn't drink alcohol either, he likes grapefruit topped up with lemonade though you could try and fruit juice with lemonade or soda even. I usually drink diet as I'm not that bothered about drinking either  |

A pint glass half orange juice and half lemonade is nice - very refreshing.
And appletizer or grapetizer are not bad for a change.
I enjoy a drink but only when i fancy one. Im also often driving. And Im a lightweight till the sun goes down - if i drink during the day Im useless at night! 
A pint of soda and lime is very refreshing when all my friends are gagging for a beer on a hot day. |
