Farnborough

I sooooo love the German markets …the ones in this country are nothing but a pale imitation of repetitious stalls, and overpriced food and drink.

I’ve been to a lot of German markets … I love cologne, but Innsbruck is also a favourite.

Used to love the Kingston upon Thames Xmas market, it was huge and usually themed differently each year

Jeez, the Germese. The lack of smiling, banter, flirting and small talk almost destroyed me.

Mmmm …. A helping of Currywurst and of course an accompanying mug of Gluwein. 😋😋😋

I do the German concept of paying a ‘deposit’ for your Gluwein mug at the beginning, then paying for top ups as you go round the market, but then your choice of returning, or keeping the mug at the end …. I have a few!

Btw … Aldi Gluwein ist wunderbar! X
