Haha, trousers falling down is often a very good sign that the weight is coming off. Though could be slightly embarrassing if it happened at an inconvenient time  |

I didn't put any weight on the last two winters. I lost weight over winter one year, and I was eating chocolate.
Wasn't eating much of anything else though.
