Why do so many people insist on bareback? I get messages saying things like "will only meet if you do bareback" or "shame you don't do bare" like shame you do. How do you just have unprotected sex with someone you've just met, or talk about bare to someone as your first message? Can only assume those demanding in for a first meet with someone they've exchanged a whole 3 messages with, has some mad STI they just wanna give to every cunt they can. Probably best not to concern yourself with those people. You can easily avoid them.

If you specify being up for quick random anything goes spur of the moment meets, that may be somewhat encouraging to them. Anything goes could surely include bareback.
I'd say less than 1% of messages I receive suggest bareback. And they just get blocked. |

I've never come across a profile or a message that discussed bareback sex. The messages that I receive mostly fall in line with my requirements / preferences, and are almost always from women who conform to my demographic.

I've had this a few times also.
What you'll find is that it's a guy hiding behind a couples profile who's looking at your pics and getting off on them. If you chat, do you find that it's extremely sexual chat or with graphic pictures? You can see it in new profiles without verifications too. These are tell-tale signs of a guy behind the scenes.
Women don't work like that. With women you need to jump through hoops and more often than not, it takes time to warm them up.

This is a bit oversimplified. Bareback = STI disease.
But the reality is much more complex than that. You can also get STIs from sucking without a condom.
And HPV is even more complicated than that. After all, in the case of HPV, the infection can be transmitted even when the genitals are touched by hand. What is the solution? Selection of partners and regular testing. It reduces the risk, but does not eliminate it completely. |

How strange our experience is the opposite (which suits us perfectly). To the extent that bareback seem so taboo that bareback people talk a big game of protection and then work backwards from there testing the waters down the line for bareback. Because in general bareback carries stigma.
Which I think the stigma is unfair. We all risk assess how we play and ballance the risk vs enjoyment how we free comfortable. After all there is an element of risk for us all unless we exclusively play in sealed rubber suits with others in sealed rubber suits. As long as everyone is open we should all be able to match our levels of acceptable risk.
And to be fair a lot of those who regularly/exclusively bareback play get tested a lot and only play with others who get tested, often within a tight circle. I have no problem with that and I totally understand the appeal as many others would if this was a fantasy world where STI's didn't exist. However it's not for us. That's not to say our encounters with others are risk free. Like most we kiss and do oral without protection. However for us protection for penetrative vaginal sex is a must. And the other problem with bareback sex is trusting that others are being truthful with their testing and sexual history. Just takes one dishonest person in bareback circle to infect a whole load trusting people. So not for us. The only way you can insure safety is by ensuring that safety personally.
