Any helpfull suggestions as too what else may help it come back along with resting voice of course?she went to docs today as she couldn't talk only quiet whisper they say no infection and nothing to do but rest.thinking cue cards may be needed.  |

Hope a full and quick recovery for your OH, if throat feels sore honey and lemon may help it feel better, as may a throat anaesthetic, but rest is good.
On a lighter note, frequent topical applications of semen will be of benefit, at least to one of you  |

Rest..I am prone to laryngitis and everyone loves it...
Rest is the only way..give her a notepad and a pen.
Beware though I have been known to take a swipe with the pad if someone gets lippy..It becomes a weapon... |

yeah she will have to try to rest it.but ..she is going to hen party ..will mb delay recovery.she says gonna play at bein a d*unk mute in the corner.lol  |

Avoid fuzzy drinks
Avoid spicy food
Use chloroseptic throat spray
Avoid overly fatty foods
Gargle with salt water
Change your toothbrush
Hum at various levels of tone to exercise the vocal chords. As daft as you will sound this will help them strengthen back up |
