"No matter how careful I am when using it I always manage to stick my thumb to something anyone else ever accidentally stuck themselves "
This is me, I’ve stuck my full hand to trousers before 🤦🏻♂️ |

I was using super glue earlier this year, some dripped on the floor. I went to move my foot and realised my sock was super glued to the wood flooring. The piece of sock is still stuck to the floor.. |

Better than having a piece of foot still stuck to the floor 😱 |

Our next door neighbour stuck herself to the floor, we heard her yelling and shouting so got her daughter to open up as she lived downstairs.
No idea how she managed to stick both feet to the floor.
Ambulance arrived we left them to it. |

Oh goodness, reading the disasters that involve humans and thin superglues made me laugh and it hurts as I have a slight chest infection! "bit of sock still stuck there"
By the way, if you ever have a skin flap cut, you can use superglue gel to create a good coating. The thin superglue needs about 5 seperate layers to conform but it is brittle so it flakes off within a few hours. Superglue gel does not. Do not apply direct to open wounds unless you are in vietnam. |

True story, I am/was a window fitter and many years ago I was working round a little old ladies house on a very hot day, we use superglue to stick plastic trims on and there were lots of trims that needed sticking. When it is that hot superglue gets quite runny and unbeknown to me I had gotten some on my hand. I went to the loo for a wee and when I went to let it go........I couldn't!!!I had just glued my hand to my willy in a little old ladies house!!!
It took a while and a bit of ingenuity but I did eventually unstick myself ![](/icons/s/eek.gif) |

"My superglue issue is whenever I need to use it it’s completely unusable and I have to buy a new one, They should literally sell it in single use shots"
I have some that's in a screw top bottle with a brush. It's a couple of years since I opened it and it's still fine. |
