My nan’s spare room.

I’ll translate for non northern people.

You get out of life what you put into it.

What do you think to that? Is it reasonable that it’s that way?

Do you know anybody that challenges this premis and expect things to just happen regardless.

I know people who challenge the premise. They're permanently disappointed.

I do know people who get more out than they put in and vice versa.

Life isn't fair and doesn't follow rules.

Not true sadly, I've worked like a dog most of my life, so has my husband and neither of us are successful career wise. It all comes down to ability, intelligence and access to funds and the right people to make your aspirations possible. Unfortunately most just don't have access to the type of help or finance needed to succeed.

That’s fair actually, see what you saying there.

It sometimes seems that people who do nothing get everything doesn’t it.

You get out what you put in with me, at least I aim for that.

Life in general: seems a square deal isn't something one can count on too often.

I agree totally Fiddles.

And yes I know plenty people who challenge it and expect everything to be handed to them on a plate.

Sadly there are people who just feel entitled to things without putting effort in...

If these people had to try & survive on their own they would perish...

I have actually found a foil to my premise.

I put my Willy in a condom and get nothing out.

At least I hope so.
