No they haven’t.

It would be almost impossible unless they could prove quantifiable and substantial financial losses and filed copyrights. So unless you are a business with high value photography assets and the person using them has deep pockets it’s never going to happen

Unless any criminal law is broken the best you can do is threaten them with action then pay for DCMA takedowns at $200 a shot

No but when people post legal waivers on profiles it serves as a handy filter so I know who to avoid.
