I start to lose hardness as soon as I've come, although the Viagra does still have an effect on a subsequent erection (it takes me several hours at least to get another). I suspect other people may have different experiences, so the easist option is to try it and see what happens.

I took just over an hour before playtime and was rock hard for while season (hour) felt it delayed cumming too. Was happy with results. Tried agin about 4 hours later didn’t seem to work again. But happy with first time. Will use again.
