How would you feel finding your GP here?

So a Friend of mine here just told me her experience. Apparently she got chatting with someone and asked for a face pic to know who. When she saw the face it was her GP; quite shocking 
Of course she quickly blocked. The G.P doesn't know it was her of course,  .
Anyone ever had similar experience? Like someone u never expected and happened to know (especially in a revered position), getting to meet them here.

No issue with it at all. Its only a lapse in professionalism if they were aware that you were a patient of theirs.
Other than that scenario it has nothing to do with their job, let em have fun just like everyone else. |

This is exactly why I disagree with asking for face pics. Soon as a face pic is handed over the dynamic and balance of power 100% shifts to the person who has received the picture.
It could be your kids teacher or in this case your GP. I find even asking for a face picture is disrespectful. None of this if you send one, I'll send one back bollocks. Soon as you send one YOU'VE lost control and the other person has absolute power and control - totally unacceptable.
Nobody has the right to insist you give over a face picture before and this should not be considered the norm. If you're that bothered then arrange a meet os some description.

I’ve never asked for one either I don’t think but if they don’t send one anyway then I’d just move on. |

I used to meet a couple where she was a GP. And I went out with lots of nurses back in the day!
Why would anyone be surprised that someone involved in medicine would be a swinger???

Exactly!
I work in healthcare with lots of female colleagues. The opportunity is there if I wanted to hook up with somebody from the same or another department however, I prefer to keep my worklife and sex life separate. I prefer going on fab because of the broad and diverse people you find on here. There is nothing unprofessional or breaking any rules about being on here.
Pursuing a sexual relationship even with a past patient is asking for trouble.

Just block and move on, we are meant to be adults afterall and everyone deserves their down time

Wouldn’t bother us one bit.
If he tried sticking a digit in the Mrs and she’d gone in with a headache I’d be concerned but people have lives outside of work.
Teachers. Lawyers. Doctors etc.
I don’t see how one’s job matters providing they are professional and keep the two separate. |

We've actually recognised one of our kids teachers on here. At first we thought it can't be but I little nosing at her jewellery and it certainly was. |

I choose to swerve the issue by openly showing my face in my public gallery. I suppose that I am in a personal position where I have much less to lose than some others on this site, mostly though I think that I've reached an age where I just don't give a damn any more. I'm nobody famous so don't have to worry about being outed by the newspapers, and I figure that everybody looking at my profile is no better than myself. So I don't see it as any issue of losing control for people to know what I look like.
If I saw my doctor on here? So what, would be my reaction. They've seen lots of naked bodies. I've seen lots of naked bodies. Embarrassment? Been there, done that, over it now.
