yes, because they think people are desperate enough to believe it.
I've tried every chub club going, and none of them ever worked... then I lost 16.5 stone just through a few wee changes, and doing more exercise. |

It really is that simple. Slimmer's World, Weight Watchers, etc, are just money-making exercises. You may lose some weight - you may lose a lot. But unless you STAY with the programme then you will pile it back on.
You have to change your lifestyle for good. Eat healthily and exercise regularly. Burn up the calories you put in. |

who ever said you needed to be fat to want to loose weight?
sometimes people just need to loose a couple of lb to get back into their 'normal' body weight and to feel comfortable in their own skin.
i believe you can not sign up to these weight loss groups if your BMI is already healthy |

Different posts - I posted about 16.5 stone (not using weight watchers) and another lady posted 6.5 stone with weight watchers. Solved! |

Eight stone loss for me and it's stayed off, five years later.
Once you change your lifestyle, it has to stay changed. Weight loss will always be temporary if you see a diet as temporary.
It's a carb free life for me now |

"it does work if you follow there guidelines, exercise plans and change your lifestyle.
Ive watched my sister in law go from a size 16 to a size 10"
That's what I am saying. But you don't need to pay any money for exercise plans, diets, guidelines. Just as long as you burn more calories than you put in you will lose weight. |

weight watchers as of all these diet clubs say they work wonders, but its all about the small print, you have to also adapt a healthier lifestyle around it and keep up with exercise, so many people join and just think following the diet will do it.. The cambridge diet is proven to work but as off any yo yo diet system .. it wont do any good for your body..
i use weight watchers microwave meals as they are low carb compared to the other lunch options available and they are very tasty too. but i use these with exercise, oats for breakfast, fruit for snacks and salads and meats for dinners... weight watchers and other diets should be taken with a pinch or salt and alot of common sense. |
