I would cook a posh Manchester Jam Tart or Key Lime Pie...

I once made an apple & blackberry pie which turned out rather well

That is if you discount the pastry, which not even an armour piercing shell would have been able to penetrate

Sweet Potato pie (so easy to make and smells fantastic while you're putting the ingredients together) with vanilla ice cream.

It would be a pie, probably apple and blackberry. I am really good at pastry, don't know why as I'm not a good cook overall. My mum taught me and it just seems to turn out well.

I have simple men in my life. I made pineapple upside down cake tonight, took five mins and made someone ridiculously happy.

I can make all the fancy ones but the classics are the ones that get me the brownie points.
