OK so I bugger about and post stupid stuff - but thus one is a serious post ....
Due to my bloods being wonky I'm struggling to stay upright - how the hell would someone recommend get out of bed along the landing to the stairs and going down them and doing it all safely?  |

Going very slow sitting up and waiting for everything to calm down sitting on a chair halfway along the landing till everything seemed normal and then going down on my bum holding very tightly - cats fed tick now to get up and get a drink and do some toast sitting down xx |

I sit on the floor.
Even if I'm on a train, at a bus stop, or in Costa.
To get from my bed, I'd probably use a chair back and walk it to the door or shuffle on my bum.
Without knowing the layout of your home or available furniture, it's difficult to say. |

I'm going back in tomorrow should have been chemo but they've pulled that and gonna have bags of fluids to rehydrate me which is why I'm all over the show - dehydration causing low blood pressure and tachycardia is not cool xx |

They won't do the chemo if you're dehydrated and that can happen so easily can't it.
Hope it goes well tomorrow and you're up and about properly after the rehydration  |

They deffo aren't doing the chemo tomorrow and yeah dehydration is rubbish xx
They won't do the chemo if you're dehydrated and that can happen so easily can't it.
Hope it goes well tomorrow and you're up and about properly after the rehydration "
