In need of some life hacks

Just spent 10 minutes trying to get a roll of sellotape started

Surely wrapping presents in tinfoil is acceptable

What life hacks have you got

Keep everyone at arms length and alienate yourself. Then you won't have to give out presents. Problem solved

When eating a tub of ice cream, I put the tub in an oven glove so my hands don't get cold

Buy a gift bag and chuck them in that, it counts as being wrapped but requires little to no effort....you're welcome

Dubai & Nottingham

Mix silicone sealant with cornstarch 5:1 to make a decent silicon rubber that dries in 15mins. Then you can repair your favourite vans that you stood way too close to the campfire in

Leave them in the shop bag and say " the money I saved on wrapping paper went towards a better present"

Don’t buy an iron or ironing board.

Saves so many life hours from nit doing such a mind numbingly pointless task.

When working with percentages (rare I know but my son appreiciated this to make his maths a little easier) try this

17% of 50 = 50% of 17

20% of 100 = 100% of 20

36% of 25 = 25% of 36

And so on...

.

You know all those annoying little jobs around the home you have. Those i'll do it at the weekend ones but when the weekend comes, you just cant be bothered.

Pay someone else to do them for you.

On a side note, I'm available to do the odd handyman jobs around the home
