Mine has been pretty darn lush actually. Sun shining, went food shopping, baked some cakes, some ebay parcels turned up, made a chicken curry and have Tinkerbells new DVD to watch with my daughter in a moment.. bliss

I had a worky meeting and then got distracted on here when I got home. Bits of worky reading and phone calls. We have a friend coming over for dinner and it might be a good enough reason to practice making some cocktails.

Work meeting this morning.

Coffee and sex this afternoon.

Now driving home to do a bit of admin work before pigging out on a huge feast, some wine and some chocolate cheesecake before crashing on the sofa for an evening of 'Walking Dead' and the forums!

So all in all - pretty damn good!

Productive at work with a cool conversation with a 79 bloke who managed not to moan about a difficult situation. People really do surprise me sometimes.

Lazed in bed as couldn't sleep last night. Nic did the school run. Bought me up breakfast, took Nic to job centre, sadly they don't give out grants for swinging clubs. Went watford, spent hours looking for dresses and lingerie for Nic, had a crapdonalds lunch, drove home, picked up kid from school, drove to nail bar, sat in car with kid complaining he was bored, explained to him about women and shopping and told him make a big fuss over mummies nails when she gets back. Made a fuss over Nics nails, dropped her at the shop and told her.she owes me beer for today also told her and son its my chill out time now so don't talk to me, had a play fight with Jess on the stairs, bastards claws are sharp. Answered xbox related questions to son.... Long day, spent money got two beers and a headache out if it but Nics happy so I'm happy.

Cracking day here, smiles all round as Fliss got unconditional offer to do her masters next year, a huge weight off her mind and relieves just a little of the stress she is under at the moment, plus enjoying the fact there is some sunshine too

, though still hoping it warms up with it for the weekend, got a friends birthday night out tomorrow to look forward too.

Got the stuffing kicked out of me in work (unfortunately literally) for the second day in a row. Had to restrain the person involved and it made him kick off worse and get more violent. So now got some fantastic bruises and bite marks and have to write another massive in detail incident report

Plus side - hubs has promised to fuck it all away so as soon as the report is done we can have fun lol
