Record collecting, I've been buying records since 1981ish and it still hasn't got boring, it may ebb and flow in frequency and amount, but I still love finding new and old records when I hit the local fairs.

Ha, just seen this thread and I've been beaten to it by my wife.

I would also choose running. For why, it's the simplest of my hobbies, I can do it pretty much anywhere, any time. All I need are some reasonably appropriate clothes and shoes. It's also a sort that I know with effort I can get good at. I'll never be world class but I have trophies
