For me it's quite often a monochromatic photo, risqué but not vulgar, perhaps her torso in some seductive pose or her décollatage, partially clothed.
What made me choose mine? I go 'round robin' with mine and change it frequently, but my current one is my 'signature' photograph which some people identify with me. |

A pic that's interesting or tasteful or creative. It's not any one thing, but if it gives a bit of the person behind it, that's good.
Mine is a Halloween pic (actually, I swapped out my entire gallery for a Halloween themed collection). My particular profile pic is filtered and textured to hopefully give a Facsimile of something I imagine Caravaggio might have painted.
