So I'm parked up in an underground car park waiting for Nic and in the corner there are 3 people, 2 guys and 1 girl huddled up on an old mattress with bags all around them, they must only be in their late teens or early twenties. Feel kinda bad for them. |

Was going to give them money but they could spend it on booze or drugs, wasn't going to invite them home. In the end I called the non emergency police number, made them well aware they weren't being disruptive and that I was concerned as they where youngish. They put it down as a concern for safety. |
