Facebook marketplace keeps advertising some gorgeous looking SHEIN curve dresses.

To any curvy ladies who have bought from SHEIN, do the dresses look as good and flattering as advertised or is it a lottery?

Tonypandy.

I've bought some really lovely dresses from shein (4xl / size 24), but they can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. Read the measurements carefully.

They are really good at refunding though, so worth taking a chance.

My mates and I adore shein and most items purchased are great BUT I’ve found it’s the material that can be the problem. Check the reviews of each item and they’ll tell you if it’s worth purchasing.

One negative from me - if larger chested, the cuppage is not good when it comes to bikinis and lingerie

Yup, big boobed so I may give the lingerie a miss. I’ll check the reviews on the dresses because they look flattering in the pics.

Yes, this! I bought a lovely blue dress from there, tried it on and it is completely see through! 👀

Could we start a SHEIN fashion show thread?

They can be nice but sometimes I don’t like the feel of the fabric.

Ive recently discovered shien curve for dresses tops and lingerie. As other have said read the measurments. Items can be a bit hit and miss loke with any online retailer.

My friend bought all her holiday outfits from there, lovely looking and good fit but the material is cheap, felt horrible.
