Got in from the pub, pissed as a fart, fired up the pooter and bought a 6ft tall plastic tree

Cost me £40 too. As soon as I saw it I just had to buy it

Kate was speechless when this giant box arrived, and I was scared to open it while she was there.

Our village have had a couple of years of pisstaking on the strength of that purchase

Folks in our local tried to get me pissed to see what sort of shite I'd buy to make them laff too, lol

I've still got it too, it's in our spare bedroom next to the bed. Kate says it's like sleeping outside

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

A bottle of Jagermeister. It has become a standing joke in the family. Each person who ends up with it takes it to the next family 'do'. And they, in turn, take it to the next, and so on. Currently, it is residing in my freezer. That's the third time I've been lumbered with it. It is several years old now!

Worst buy was beaten up Toyota Previa when i lived and worked in Dallas Tx, had no air conditioning, rattled when it went over 40mph and was a pain to even keep in a straight line, on top of that the rear axle fell off when coming off the highway way at 70 and the thing was a deathtrap, was scrapped when i left the country :-.

- Johny ( to be fair it cost me peanuts and i got what i paid for).

When I was looking for a new mattress, everyone raved about them and there were threads on here about them, so I went against my better judgement and bought one. Thing is that I had little money to spare so mine came without a topper which I guess it needs as my friend bought the whole bed, his is lovely and soft but he has said mine is hard though it should be soft?? Think its also because I am a side sleeper and it doesn't give enough

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

well any car I buy is guaranteed to be a pile of pish... apart from my beloved vxr that I had to sell because my weeman got claustrophobic and car seat in the back (not great in a 3 door)

a blackberry bold 9900 - it be more us as a door stop! Piece of crap needs the battery pulled about 3 times a day, and has a mind of its own.
