I just realised why I am awake: I have a hip replacement & its bedn giving me trouble lately. Its sore to lie on in bed too. I think Im turning over onto it in my sleep & the pain is waking me.

I’m in Wednesday to Saturday night and heading off to Cape Town on Sunday for a few days. It’s not quite Bali or Maldives but I’ll get some sun anyway which is a bonus I’ll happily take right now |
