I'm going to set myself a challenge to try something new each month |

Learn a new skill or two.
I lift heavy things. It's a perennial challenge.
I love to cook and make jam and marmalade for friends.
I dabble with crafts. I'd love to learn to sculpt.
I like things that have a tangible output.
Jewellery making ?

I threw myself deeper into my passions when I retired. I always loved the ocean, being in it, on it or by it. I now do so much voluntary work in marine and ocean wildlife conservation, preservation and protection. It’s hugely rewarding and I’m doing what I love |

I suggest you attend a degustation and cookery course in Somerset, and train to be a wine sommelier, par excellence.
I've heard that you've got a refined palate, Míddèrs. You have a well-honed tongue. |

Gym, pilates and coffee are my hobbies. I used to play table tennis and cricket too but that's sort of fallen by the wayside. I probably need more exciting hobbies |

Unfortunately no time atm for hobbies outside of weekend socialising, kids, work and adulting are all time consuming, but I'm counting down the years before I'm footloose and free.
Full face mask snorkeling is on my list to learn, alongside some sort of environmental litter picking, species counting, etc etc volunteer activities |

"Start growing your own food.
Learn an instrument.
One of the most impressive piano players I met only started playing his 60s.
"
I have an allotment... So that does keep me quite busy in growing season.
I would love to play the piano.. That is a great suggestion.. I have arthritis in my fingers, so it could be a good exercise |

Because it’s cheap and at the end if it, I have booze."
Funnily enough I said i thought i might quite enjoy having my own microbrewery!
I also watched a program recently on a couple who foraged ingredients to make limited editions of unique gin.. That really appealed to me.. I might need to move, to get some kind of workshop! |

Angling mainly, bit good at tying knots only not the ones that easily undo.
My side job is more hobby and exercise do gutter fitting, cleaning, that sort of thing, brings a bit of pocket money in so I can do the angling with what I get from that.
Not sure if the dog is a hobby or a chore, rehomed at 2 with no social or lead skills add to that he is a Hunt Terrier from a working line, I'd say I have done alright with him, follows me everywhere doing close protection |

Join a martial art class - good exercise with a group dynamic. There's one for everyone. Avoid BJJ.
Get an EBike - encourages people who have not cycled for years to get some exercise and help to build up fitness.
Lego - great for a rainy day with lots of different types of sets to choose from. |
