Right now I really love Candyman, Us, The Ritual and Event Horizon.
I'll always have a soft spot for Midsommar, The Thing, Train to Busan, Rec and Only Lovers Left Alive (although not technically a horror, out and out). |

Not sure if it’s nostalgia but Most modern horrors aren’t that good with a few exceptions, as already been said feel 80s was the best.
The terrifier films are decent though seen 3 on Thursday it was awesome

I grew up on them, used to watch them with my dad he was a horror fan. There are some absolute gems out there. You just have to look past the basic graphics and just forget about modern CGI. Honestly if I had the time I would love to that. |

Honestly I might put one on if I’m bored but I don’t like any of them, even the screams are annoying these days and it’s always over filled with gore. Remember the 80’s would always have a smidge of comedy in them
Myself I watched some abit later, but ive always wanted to have a movie night with old movies.
I grew up on them, used to watch them with my dad he was a horror fan. There are some absolute gems out there. You just have to look past the basic graphics and just forget about modern CGI. Honestly if I had the time I would love to that.
Popcorn some soda and 80s movies, sound like a good night to me.

Someone mentioned "the substance" ..some of that reminded me of an 80s horror film called called "society".(also very good.) |
