As one who lived through the cold war the good thing about nuclear war is, for the vast majority of the population, there is no preparation! There is NOTHING you can do.
If you do go into a bunker and survive the nuclear winter then when you come out there is no people, no food, no power, the whole place is over grown and patrolled by 2 metre high cockroaches. So I guess Cameron is right; we are prepared.  |
