I made some pork burgers and we are having those with some black treacle bacon, homemade black pepper mayo and gem lettuce in a soft white roll with herby potato cubes or possibly crispy garlic roasties, not sure which yet |

the gent here this weekend made home made butter. Then added sea salt crystals. Made a sour dough loaf of bread. Turned out so well currently making a second one.
Next Friday the gent is on his own and making curries. So getting all the stuff prepared for that |
