I have not been on much for a while so please indulge me in what culinary sunday delight us in stick for you today. I am contemplating a sort of a small mixed grill myself and some pud and custard

I believe some would call this 'fusion cooking', I call it use up what's in that's near to use by date

I made some pork burgers and we are having those with some black treacle bacon, homemade black pepper mayo and gem lettuce in a soft white roll with herby potato cubes or possibly crispy garlic roasties, not sure which yet

the gent here this weekend made home made butter. Then added sea salt crystals. Made a sour dough loaf of bread. Turned out so well currently making a second one.

Next Friday the gent is on his own and making curries. So getting all the stuff prepared for that
