Who's diary would you have written? To be a fly on the wall for? To be a spy for

Maybe Henry's instead?

Are you a fan of history?

I think Anne wrote her own diary famously, 👀

But to answer the question Anne Boleyn would be the most interesting

Catherine of Aragon. History has painted her as dignified in her acceptance of the annulment of her marriage but I wonder what she really thought. I'd have been raging personally

Yes, I'm a fan of history. I read it with a cynical eye though

It was depicted in The Tudors and I only imagine that it was done fairly accurately

Went to see Six the musical as my daughter had been bugging me. Really enjoyed it as it gave more depth on each wife. Anne B for me

She is an interesting character. I could be wrong but wasnt she to be married to Henrys older brother originally who died making henry the successor. Whom the "courts " thought ahe would be a good influence and mentor to the young henry.

I may be thinking of someone else as i type this !!

She was his older brother Arthur Prince of Wales widow . Henry was much younger than her but they appeared to have a good relationship however when he became infatuated with Anne Boleyn he began to think that the failure of Catherine to produce a male heir was god's punishment for him marrying his brothers widow.

She needed to be at the Tudor court. It's not a life I'd have liked. From what I've read Henry maintained his respect for her throughout .

The last wife Katherine Parr would have been an interesting read...

'The king has shown interest in me and I cannot let him see I am waiting for my current husband to go so I can marry the kings ex brother in law'!

I do love a bit of history, looking at the title they could have done with leafing through a baby naming book, and branching out

Boleyn or Howard for me in how they would have felt on the run up to their execution.

Parr would be interesting too!
