I’ll be having a chilled weekend as this week has taken it out of me.
Recently grabbed a book called the obstacle is the way which I’m looking forward to reading."
By Ryan Holiday? His work is excellent, his podcast is good. 365 days is a good book too. |

Good morning Meli et al.
I'm still in bed having woken up unnecessarily early. No plans - if the weather isn't dreadful I might go to a local city centre to do some clothes shopping but I suspect it'll be too miserable for that. Think I'll just have to focus on comfort film/TV to get through the day. Then tomorrow I'm seeing friends.

About to start a 16 odd hour day.
On the plus side someone's made me a home made Toblerone cheesecake which they're bringing over tonight.
Anything not eaten later will be tomorrow's breakfast. 😇😇

They are the curse of the self inflicted devil  but the occasional fry up (I’ll have yr bacon) are a great cure or a great starter for a day time session |

I've been out for a walk with mine and my niece's pups. I've consumed a sharing bar of chocolate to myself and am sipping on a still too hot pumpkin spiced coffee. I'm looking forward to a hot shower and productive housework day before I spend the evening with one of my favourite people.

It sounds like you're having a really lovely start to your day - it's fully spooky season now isn't it? Have you been to a scare event yet? Ironing could be fun though! Music in the background, little boogie as you work through the mountains... I'm making a mocha before I tackle the end of week deep clean in preparation for next. |

It's a bigger job thinking about it than actually doing it I find
Once you get stuck in, it's actually quite 'enjoyable'
The in-laws are actually lovely, there's just so many of them it kind of overwhelms
Lots of people in a very finite space tends to mash my head |
