Some left over BBQ chicken wings, I've made a stock with them this morning. Cooled, I've remove the bones and cartilage.
Fried up a small onion, when soft, I added the stock and meat shreds, sliced Bok Choi, a packet of instant noodles with the seasoning.
I top this with a fried egg, drizzle soy sauce and sprinkle with finely sliced Spring Onions. |
