What are your experiences and thoughts of this practise....either from a "therapy" standpoint or from a pre sex perspective3?

I had 3 colonic irritations done over a period of a few weeks and for me I did feel a lot more energetic. Not sure if it was just mentally or if it was the therapy but I would have it done again. |

A douche is like a bulb with a bit you insert and an enema kit is a bag which is raised above you with a tube that you insert.... |

Are the home enema kits easy to use...im curious as to practicality? Is it a "lie on your back in the bath" job  ? lol (nervous giggle)

This is basically a bag which holds up to 2litres of water with a long tube and is gravity fed. I use whilst standing in the shower then jump out and run like mad for the loo ... sorry, too much info, I know  "

Sounds like more effort than a douche to be honest, though my problem with douches is that you have to repeatedly use it in order to properly fill yourself, which takes a while. |
