Yep know about this . Currently having a back spasm. Walking like a penguin . Taking painkillers just trying to take it easy . Lots of pins and needles sensation across all of my back . Hot bath soon and, electric heat pad tonight. Back in the pool Monday morning

I did this last week for no reason as well.

It's incredibly painful
