Yes, I have never douched.
If you have a heathly diet it should be unnecessary. Obviously, there's the odd occasion when things aren't perfect, but I rarely have anal sex with anyone other than my husband. |

I started douching just for a clear out because of crappy diet (I do love my chocolate and it cuts out the stinky farts) and the simplest is a bulb douch and warm water, no soap. I always douch if I'm going out and may be a chance of sexual interaction. |
