For me, creme fraiche with lumpfish caviar on small crackers, topped with a sprig of dill made excellent canape/starter!

I tried this combo for the first time this Christmas, and it is jolly tasty IMHO!

don't really like carrots

but sister cooked them yesterday in oven with nutmeg, cinnamon and star anise....

they were fab.

I eat anything, but i can never remember the names of any of it....so i can say ive had loads of new things i loved, but not really being a food fan (other than i need it to live), really good food is wasted on me...

as with the others, like most things but would rather chop my tackle off with a rusty hacksaw than eat liver lol..what madman looked at liver and thought hmmm...y`know what? with some onions that would go down a treat!!

Not keen on liver and bacon myself, however, I do eat pate and fois gras!
