Spent my life drinking tea Standard NATO. However in later life I've tried to reduce my sugar so now drink with no sugar. I am enjoying tasting the flavour of the tea more now. Plus in my current career there is not the craving or physical need for the occasional sugar boost.

For a long time now I have only taken tea without milk or sugar but in fthat form it needs to be as weak as gnat's piss to be enjoyable.
If bought, rather than at home, I insist on being given the tea bag separately as more than an instantaneous dip in and out will be too strong.
I keep an old plastic 35mm film canister to take the bag home for several more infusions. |
