Triffids. Developing because of all the extreme weather conditions and storms etc.

In 12 years I’m going to breed a new species of supersized angry guinea pigs. They will gradually take over the world but will be trained to obey me and anyone I like.
I can think of at least 20 people I’d like to watch being eaten by Curly, Patch and Nibbles. |

AI unlocks the core blue prints of the natural world and how to replicate it. It learns how the merge the natural world with the electronic world. It then see humans as not only no longer vital to its future and growth. It now see's humans a parasites that endanger the natural environment on which it needs to survive and grow in. Very boringly it poisons and infects the human race in a campaign of targeted biological warfare until all humans are dead. It continues to inhabit the earth in a more harmonious existence with the natural world. Sorry that's all a bit dull.

To see the look on alien archaeologists faces who visit earth in the future and see all these deserted cities and buildings, animals running amok everywhere, and wondering where everyone has gone.
