Was ordering some new lingerie on Saturday off LH and noticed the returns within 1 year guarantee thingy so I sent a quick email regarding a micro bullet vibe I'd bought in January which has now developed a fault (I think I may have over-used it, it is rather awesome!) I asked was there any chance of a replacement or refund and I would send the broken one back. Message today that a new one has been despatched to me and to responsibly dispose of the broken one.

i've had countless amounts of goods from LoveHoney over the last 6/7 months and have unfortunately on occasion had some become faulty months later (including non sex toy goods!)
Every time customer service have sorted me refunds/replacements straight away and had them delivered within 2 days
I even had a refund for a deformed cock model from a moulding kit i got (to be fair the idiot did insert it back in the wrong way up when we had to add more mixture!) but they still sorted it no problem!!
