I always think that gym fit isn’t directly fit. It’s about being strong, lifting weights and being fit for the gym. It’s not being directly fit or fit for anything specifically for anything other than being fit for the gym. |

Generally anyone that looks like they go gym.
For guys typically broad/defined shoulders arms and back. Visible abs is a bonus.
For girls toned legs and bum, slim looking waste/torso, definition in shoulders/arms and back.
This is just a broad conception btw. Plenty of different shapes and sizes can be gym fit, and everyone should/is welcome in a gym! |

As I'm a runner and a cyclist, I rarely use the gym however on the rare occasions that I visit these muscles temples, I easily out perform most on the running machines and spin bikes; does this make me 'gym fit'? |

Someone who works out in the gymsnd does no other firm of exercise.
While I work out daily I also play airsoft and dance West Coast Swing snd train for triathlons. So it doesn't quite apply to me. |

It’s for those that continually talk about what they do at the gym and can turn any subject you are talking about into a gym subject. and also those who always wear gym clothes to go everywhere so everyone can see they go to the gym without having to ask.
And not forgetting those who drive to the gym and park as close as they can get to the door so they can go inside to go on a bike or running machine that doesn’t go anywhere.

I train in my local gym/garage. Im more of a powerlifter/strength trainer.Definitely no abs lol.
Always wearing a hoodie I'm gym regardless of temperature and only use my phone to record lifts  |
