why is everyone so far away?

good afternoon all, im finding that the majority of people on here are spread out all over the country, but as im from the 2nd biggest city in the uk still find it a bit miffing that theres not really many ladies from birmingham on here...and im assuming those that are im not thier type ahh well c`est la vie..not a moan as such, just an observation....anybody else finding all the sexy up for it people live far away? |

Guess your just exspecting not to have to put eny effort into looking and that what your looking for is gonna be just round the corner from you.

hunni as a single male you are one of thousands on here and you have to put the effort in to get results. We wont come to you!! Get in chat get yourslef known, and being verified helps us singlies know you are genuine and not a timewaster who only joined for chat and cheap thrills.

Hi there! I know just how you feel, I'm from Plymouth and it's just as bad down here.
I find it's better to concentrate on the couples who are willing to meet a single guy.

I agree with what has already been said by the other guys, it takes alot of effort, and a lot of rejections too, but if you keep at it you will be rewarded in the end.
Think about what you say in your profile and what you say when you approach people. Look at what people are looking for and try your best to address this when you approcah someone.
I decided to set up a gangang team, and approached singles and couples that were interested in GB's.
Plan an event and see if you get any interest, also I see you have blocked messages from single blokes, I understand it might get on your nerves if guys keep approaching you, but on the otherhand, some of us may be able to help you find a Lady to play with or invite you to a party etc.
Keep positive, and put some extra work in, and remeber you are one of 1000's of single guys on Fab so what you say needs to shine like a diamond ring to catch a Lady's eye. |

Some excellent advice given already. For single men it is harder so you really do need to stand out. This is an excellent site and caters for all. Be patient, get yourself noticed without being pushy, and do make sure you read the profiles to ensure you're what people are looking for. Enjoy x |

Some single men are lucky to get meets months after they have joined, so keep on searching and contacting people.
As already mentioned by the others, be prepared to travel!
Also, try not to moan and groan, as peeps are put off by moaners!

thankyou all for the advice, i will say im not the type who expects ladies to come looking as im a realist was simply saying that the ladies who i have chatted with on here are far away, therefore makes taking anything further more difficult, i do understand that simply saying hello is not going to have an army of ladies competing to get me lol, just making an observation was all i was doing, thanks again though for all advice xx |

Make more effort and be prepared to travel. If you cant then your loss.

my first thing is keep trying
some times it takes mths to get known
on here
but start to make friends first ( its not wildly known but the ladies chat amongst them selfs on here )
and word spreads about a nice guy.

Thank goodness there are still members of the Swinging Community who have the grace and good manners to offer costructive and positive advice, and not just be rude!
We were all new here once upon a time, and I am still greatful to the Site Members who took me under their wings.
As a community we should be haapy to sponsor a new member and offer them the necessaary advice and support when they need it.

Cant help it lol i was lucky enough to have someone offer me the same advise when i first started off as a newbie and i will forever be grateful for there advise and i feel its only fair to offer the same back lol plus im looking for brownie points from the big man as i was on the naughty list this year - AGAIN!!!!!
But im also getting fed up of looking at these forums and any genuine question gets turned into a joke by certain trolls, and people wonder why folk dont want to post, like the person on top of me states we are meant to be a community and sometimes it feels like them and us. RANT OVER |

well there's a fair bit of advice given here, but when it comes down to it, it's down to you to help yourself. You live in Birmingham, right in the centre of the country. There are loads of clubs and social events right on your doorstep. You might have to travel a bit, but hey, we have to drive 95 miles just to get to Exeter ! Just think of the single guys down here, they can travel 50 miles and still be in a field, lol. You are on the edge of the Black Country, my home town, and I know it's full of couples and single ladies who meet single guys.
Get yourself along to some socials, write to people on the site, join the debates in here and get yourself known. As Jenny has already said, there are loads of people here on the site who would be happy to help you. Best of luck xxxxx |
