Look at your kids, do they eat turkey? If not, are you condemning them to a life of unbridled sex ? lol.

So do I, the ones that I can eat!
I used to have goose when I was with my ex-hubby, and would make rillette (potted meat) with the leftover meat, and eat it until Easter!
My late partner was not keen on rillette, so we had duck for the past few years when we were together.
Nowadays, being on my own, a goose is way too big, and I don't have that many friends that would appreciate rillette.
So I shall stick with a duck instead
I am having rice congee with stir-fried shredded duck this evening, yum yum! |
