Thanks to an Aussie golfer and a bit of luck on the footy I managed to bag over £500. RESULT! 
Dilemma............do I spend it wisely and get some carpets down in the rooms that ain't seen any for ages or do I get out of the country for a getaway.?
Anyone else had any good fortune with and won a few quid, how much and what did you spend it on? |

Many years ago I went to Ascot on a day out with the lads and picked three winners out of six races bagging £300, I won £56 out of a fruit machine in the British Legion Club later that day, I won £100 playing pool with a fool who didn't know when to quit, and then got both sides on a Domino card for £5 a number on the coach home. I walked in late that night will a cool £600 including the money I started with.
Never won a bloody thing since though (except for a pair of headphones from McDs last week)  |
