I generally consider myself far too old and sensible for shot drinking nowadays (ie, hangovers hurt more the next day  but I am rather partial to a Jammy Dodger - chambord with baileys. Yum! (And unlikely to be too hangover inducing given the teeny tiny alcohol content) |

Love a baby Guinness, dropping one into a tumbler with a shot of whiskey and topped to the top of the shot glass with Guinness tastes like a pudding but will creep up on you quick! A jammy dodger is pretty good! But off the cream based shots, tequila is always a winner!  |

A pub I went to did several cocktail shots. Took one called a Crazy Scotsman which was half Buckfast, half Famous Grouse whisky. Sounds disgusting but was really nice.
Other not so nice options were
Michael Jackson: half black sambucca, half white sambucca.
Jackass: Jack Daniels and blue MD20/20
Mad Scientist: Tequila, absinthe, sambucca and tobasco sauce
