I’m not confident anymore, but in the spirit of what you see is what you get, I am putting more photos of me with no poses or clever angles. Like the most recent one.
Still amazing legs, but my belly has got horrid and my arms are getting flabby.. it’s back to the gym too after having a blood glucose reading done today. 🫣🫣 |

I can just about look at myself naked in the mirror, but only because I've lost 3st 10lb in the last year and a bit. Before that... absolutely no chance!
Happy? Nope. Confident? Nope. Ask me again in 12 months..hopefully I'll have lost some more by then 🤞

I hate my body clothed at the best of times so I actively avoid looking at it naked.
I'm uncomfortable naked and even during the sex stuff there's always that voice in my head telling me any minute now this person's going to be disgusted my my wiggles, jiggles, stretch marks and rolls.
I'm working on changing it and how I feel but it's very hard. |

I'm happy. I spent too many years critiquing myself and over analysing every lump and bump. Now I embrace those things and im comfortable with the reflection in the mirror. |
