I am. I had a good cry earlier. Over tired. Work pressure. And frustration of not getting a part to fit on my motorbike |

"A little yesterday. After a family bereavement. I don’t generally cry, it’s not how I handle things. "
I don’t. It’s a good way for me to tell I need a time out
I’m sorry to hear about the bereavement x |

About 3 months ago. I was having a rough time, got too d*unk when I shouldn’t have and ended up a complete mess.
I was raised to believe “real men” don’t cry so I guess I would have trouble admitting around people I know. |

NORWAY Wherever I lay my hat |
I rarely cry but I got Norovirus whilst doing the Tour of Mont Blanc last month. I was so poorly, unable to eat or drink but somehow managed to haul my sorry ass for 17km before collapsing in a teary heap! |

Course I cry,I cry when I'm sad,cry when I'm happy or proud(even that thought brings a tear to my eye),I cry for those I love, those I've lost,.....and sometimes I cry for complete bloody strangers!🥹.... I'm an emotional wreck!😭 |

Hmmmm. My eyes leaked a little at the film "Coco" last weekend and I got a slight wet eye when talking about my Grandad the other day. It wasn't CRYING though. It was about 3 drops from my eyes and that's it. No actually crying or other outward show of emotion.
I personally have no issues with crying though. It's a normal aspect of human emotions/behaviour.
Mr KC cried about two months ago. It's quite unusual for him. |

Last October for me, I lost my two dogs in the space of a few weeks, one from heart failure and the other from old age, i think the old boy gave up from not having his sister around, absolutely broke me for months....I still can't think about it too much now as I start to well up 😢 |

I can’t remember last time actually did (not saying never do just can’t remember) I could cry every day thinking of my dad if I let myself.
Any man ashamed of it I saw one of the hardest blokes ever to walk the planet cry while out once so I think it’s ok for the rest of us haha |

A few months back after an argument with my Dad. It felt like a few other things were a bit shit in my life and the argument kind of blew up from nowhere so think that tipped me over the edge.
I don't mind crying and like to think I'm pretty open with my emotions, but that rarely comes out through crying these days. |

Last week. My late dad was with me and I slowly woke up and progressively realised again that he isn't alive.
I don't cry enough, probably every month but welcome it, when needed and it's very therapeutic |

"Don't tend to cry much, but last time was a few months ago when my son rang the bell to signify end of cancer treatment. Was just a few tears I couldn't stop"
Good news to hear about your son good health to him |

I don't cry often - when I do it's because I'm frustrated or a situation is beyond my control. The last time I cried was last April, when I was waiting for my cancer diagnosis. I was tired, stressed, and had no idea what was lying ahead of me. |

"About 3 weeks ago. Depression was hitting hard and it triggered a panic attack in the company of friends. A little embarrassed by it at the time."

"I tend not to. It does no good except makes you feel sorry for yourself.
A bit of self-compassion and acknowledging your struggles is very different from getting stuck in self-pity."
I just don't see the point. Things happen. Move on. That's how I've always been. |

"Wednesday. To say why would potentially reveal too much about my personal life. But they were happy tears of pride. Someone I've worked with closely for the last 4 years did something amazing. 😍"
Ah fantastic x |

I cried last week when my friend told me his mum had passed away.
He said he had popped in to her room every morning to check on her before he left the house, and that day he hadn't.
I felt his pain.
I cried the night/morning before because my arms were so painful and they kept me up.
I told him that, when I said good morning, and he apologised to me saying he didn't want to undermine my pain before telling me his terrible news.

Thank you, that's so sweet of you. Fortunately I am still here a year and a half on, and recent tests show all clear 👌🏻 |

The wife and I cried our eyes out as we rushed our 18 month old miniature Dashund to the animal hospital as he'd had a random stroke. I'd had to perform CPR on him as he had stopped breathing and was purple. Heartbreaking. Thankfully he's making a recovery. |

Why would you feel low looking at nice ladies? And why come on and look if it makes you cry? |

I am crying a lot lately. Combination of menopause, tiredness, work stress, my poorly dog who is suffering with a poorly bum, we've been back and forth at the vets one treatment after another.
Life's a bit shit right now that's for sure |

Had a proper cry for the first time in months the other night. The kind where you have to cover your mouth, curl up like a baby, give yourself a headache and feel hungover in the morning. I prefer being numb to feeling all that 👍😅 |

I cry a lot...cried today when my family left after a surprise visit.
Cried when they arrived on Friday. Cry at adverts, TV shows, and if anyone else cries. If I haven't cried in a few weeks it's like the dam overflows... |

Since I had a bereavement three years ago, I find I cry quite easily. Not often sobbing or having tears streaming but I’m definitely much more emotional. I often get tears in my eyes when I’m with family or even when thinking about sad/happy times. |

I generally don't listen to song lyrics, I listen more to the tune - except for very few, one being the song Imagine. My favourite versions are by Randy Crawford and Eva Cassidy - always brings a tear to my eye because it sums up how the world should be. K. |

I haven't cried for about a week, which must mean I'm working through some stuff subconsciously. I have almost cried, you know when you get strong feelings and your nose tingles. But I managed to catch myself in time and stop it.
