Hi folks before I post this I haven’t posed it in a wile due to having a serously shit time and also the last few times I’ve posted it I’ve had some hate in my pms it’s left me at a cross road do I continue to post this or not ??

How are you all doing folks ?

How has your week been ? Has there been more ups than downs or vice versa ?

Use this as a safe spot to talk about anything that’s on your mind and vent

Oh, it's rubbish you got shit in your DM's. I think the positives of these threads probably outweigh the negatives, though?

My week has been challenging. I had a PIP review, which are always difficult, my newly married brother had a mini-stroke, and all of my pets have had to be put to sleep. It's my kids week with their dad, so now I'm in a house without anone/thing to love and care for. It's really tough, but I imagine I'll adjust in time.

Despite all of the above, I'm OK. I'm very sad and lonely, understandably, but there's been no relapse into despair and suicide ideation. I think I must have those DBT coping mechanism finely honed, now

In my darkest moments I always return to Desiderata. It has helped me when I seemed the light had gone out.

Sorry you are getting grief OP but based on previous experience here doesn't surprise me.

Hugs for your tough week Nell and anyone else who needs

I wish I could change my thinking as each week goes by from another week somehow survived to another week with a chance to learn.

I know I am better off than many but unfortunately that does not help me with my thoughts.

Contemplating trying group courses to see if will help but partly worried hearing others stories will just make me feel more guilty for my thoughts
