As long as it's consensual, non-manipulative, and completely respectful, it shouldn't be anyone else's business. Everyone will have a different idea of what is acceptable. Some will find other's limits creepy or wrong; there is no right or wrong answer, just what is right for the people involved.
That said, it can seem quite predatory if one of the parties is VERY young when compared to the older person |

I feel age really is nothing but a number.
As long as both parties are comfortable and it's all above the legal age. I don't see what the gap matters that much.
Some men like an older woman. Some like younger
And vice versa |

My biggest age gaps was 17 years she was 19 and I was 36. At same age I also went with a 55 year old woman so that was a gap of 19
