"I will say Nightcrawler... Totally underrated and a beauty "
Oh breaks your Soul OP...
Then definitely NOT Nightcrawler
I'm changing my submission to:
A Monster Calls. It looks like a kids movie but it's not and I defy anyone to watch and not be in floods.

I have looked at IMDB top 100 films. As a film nerd I feel I just have watched all of them at least once. To be honest looking at the list only a few I’ve not seen.
Spirited Away
Harakiri
The Lion King
Grave of the Fireflies
Untouchable
Avengers endgame (I’ll give this a miss not my type of film)
Avengers infinity war (see above)
Amadeus
Spider-Man into the spider verse ( won’t bother)
Coco
Your name
Capernaum
Idiots
High and Low
Ikiru
All of the rest I have seen, so I have that list above to watch at least once. |

The Chronicles Of Narnia : The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe , all the arms and armour used in the fighting scene against the white witch are all made by a company in NewZealand called The Weta Workshops , they also made weapons and armour for Lord Of The Rings , The Last Samurai, Hell Boy, The Hobit . The Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds had a exhibition afew years ago called The Wonderful World Of Weta which showcased all the arms & armour from the above movies , which can also be found on Youtube “ Arms & Armour From The Movies “ . |

The gentleman who trained Tom Cruise for The Last Samurai was a gentleman called John Waller who was a Fight Director .
John Waller (fight director)
John Waller (12 August 1940 – 20 April 2018) was an English pioneer of the historical European martial arts (HEMA) revival, a fight director for stage, screen and spectacle, and a teacher of martial arts. John used to work for the Royal Armouries Museum at the same time I worked there as a volunteer gallery host . |

"Braveheart always makes my bottom lip wobble at the end
Why - the baddie (Gibson) gets justice and is executed as is correct!"
His biggest baddie act was making that damn film |

Home alone.at the end when the old gentleman (Roberts Blossom) is seen with hes family after falling out with hes son many years before.when he turns to see Kevin watching from the window,as it was Kevin who told him to get in touch with hes son while chatting in the church. That last scene gets to me each time. |

Two films come to mind...
Happiness, by Todd Solondz.
A film about desperate, sad, lonely, sometimes horrific people, all looking for something to make them a bit happier.
Very uncomfortable viewing but also very funny and weirdly touching. It has one of the best opening scenes ever, and it perfectly sets the tone of everything that follows.
Bad Boy Bubby, by Rold de Heer.
An abused, mentally underdeveloped man wanders out into the outside world after being locked up by his in-cest-uous mother for 35 years. Loads of bad stuff happens then the ending pulls the rug from under you. Think of it as "It's A Wonderful Life" as directed by David Lynch.
Just call me Barry Norman 😁 |

"I've actually never cried at a movie
You need to watch
Fievel goes west."
Hahaha, love that movie, never cried while watching it though. What part makes you cry, I don’t remember any terrible sad bits? x |

Spirited Away and Your Nand are worth seeing
Lion King is at better end of Disney animation.
Wasn’t sure if untouchable or The Untouchables?
I don’t think it’s often I have regular to on and feel
compelled enough to see a movie to end nowadays although probably did a few times in past. |
