Just because they looked at you, doesn’t mean they’re interested.
Winks are very informal, and most people are polarised between hate, or indifference to them.
Think of it as a bonus if you get some contact from them, but don’t hand your hopes on them. |

It's a pointless action in my opinion; I don't send winks. Indeed I haven't sent one for over three years, other than those which are part of a forum game or a challenge (an equally pointless exercise). I've sat next to women at socials who have shown me their 'wink tally', with the number varying between 350 and 600++ winks (from men) sitting in their 'winkbox' like forgotten orphans.
I suspect winks are more useful to/for couples. |
