I done a 5k in 24:40 today which is my pb.
10k pb is 54:28 but I’ll be looking to break that at the weekend.
Only ever managed one run of 10 miles so don’t class that as a pb 😂
I’ve only been a short while having finished couch to 5k in mid-May. |
