Dad bods and beards

Think just about every male under 45ish in the country has got a beard these days. It seems to be the latest fashion accessory.
Lots of them don’t seem to realise how much older it makes some of them look |

Hairy and podge.
Sounds like a presenters duo or something.
I've tried to lose weight a bunch of times, but struggle with keeping the routine. One day I'll just forget to do it, then it's over until I start again.
Bloody ADHD. 😆 |

Worked with a guy once who said to me that any woman that hasn't been kissed by a guy with a moustache hasn't been kissed, he would say that as he had a moustache 😁😁🧔..of course l didn't agree with him as l never had a beard or moustache & to this day still don't 😈😈😈 |

I'm slowly but surely losing my dad bod, had enough of it. I'm now changing it up for a more sculpted muscular look. Hoping the end result will be like Alan Ritchson from Reacher. Plus I'm just wanting to get healthy. Plus I'd shaved the beard to more stubble. |

"I've been clean shaven with a gym fit bod and now I'm sporting a 2 week old beard and a dad bod that's sneaked up on me over the last 3 years, I blame it on covid xxx"
Same. Covid and becoming an actual dad. By the time the gyms reopened, my gym time had been swallowed up by parental responsibilities. Priorities have shifted a bit! |
