I often see contributions on the threads about supplements, to make you lose weight, gain weight, protect against this or that, recover from a virus, make hair grow, make cocks hard... But.. Is there any evidence behind any of it? I mean if it makes you feel great, that's the best evidence but does the science agree? |

I was advised to take vitamin D and magnesium to help with long covid issues. Can't say I've noticed much difference.
I also started taking turmeric and glucosamine and don't have the same muscle and joint aches as before so they must do something. That's all the evidence I need. |

There are certain supplements that have extensive medical trials and studies that are out there to find. But when ads get posted about the “next best” supplement 90% it’s just brands looking for profit. |
